Here is the process how your orders will go through.
Track Your Order In order to see the status of your order you can simply enter your order number along with your email address in the given boxes above and click on submit. This tool will pull your order information and status from our database and display it. You can also login to your account and click on see order as well We reserve the right to ship the products via the preferred method of shipping unless otherwise the customer has agreed and paid for an alternate. We usually ship products via USPS, and in some case we may use UPS for shipping orders.
Order Statuses
Pending The order has been received and it is going through fulfillment process. Orders that are in pending stats will be shipped however it might take up to 48 hours for the system to show the order has been shipped. Once the system updates you should received a shipping notification email. Complete The order has shipped to the customer and now it is complete. The tracking number will be available for most completed orders. Cancelled Payment couldn’t be verified. Or for some reason the product is not available to ship, in most cases we will email the account holder with the reason for cancelled orders.
